About Time in the City Concierge

Time in the City Concierge offers  Premiere Concierge services to individuals, residential communities, healthcare organizations, higher learning institutions, member organizations and corporations in general.

Time in the City Concierge was established by Monica Smith.  She experienced first-hand working excessive hours not having enough time and energy to spend with her family and friends.  Trying to squeeze 36 hours out of a 24 hour day became a stressful, juggling nightmare.  She realized she wasn’t able to give her best to her family just the left overs.  Not to mention domestic matters or fun time for herself.  After losing her job she felt like  this was the perfect opportunity to hang Corporate America on the shelf and become what she always dreamed of, an entrepreneur.  Monica decided to leverage her combined 20 years of customer service, business administration and hospitality experience  into a full service concierge company, providing  quality, economical convenient services to individuals and organizations across sectors.   Today Time in the City is Greater Pittsburgh’s Premiere Concierge provider.

We understands it’s the little things that tend to cause workplace distractions and stress for employees. They’re wondering when they’ll have time to take their car in for its pending service; how to find quality child/elder care, where to go on vacation, what gift to get for their grandparents’ anniversary.  Monica personally understands the power behind passionate, motivated employees who love their work and feel connected with the business.
